Washington Grove

Picture of entrance to Washinton Grove To the East of the Cobbs Hill Reservoir is Washington Grove Park. This is an oak-hickory forest. Some of the trees are over 200 years old. The park was open to the public in 1912. There are some kame and kettle glacial formations that create some rolling trails for running or hiking. No biking is permitted. Check out the interesting graffiti on the two water towers in the north part of the park.
